A regular stop on the Dark Peak Hathersage Church run, traditionally the first club run of the summer on the first Wednesday after the clocks have changed.
Also known as Greens Mill pond. Greens Mill smelted lead in the late 1600’s and produced paper between 1760-1850’s. Many ruins of the industry can be found in the area around the pond.
