Putting this in as an option, though the away run involves both running and climbing, so unless it’s an awful night, there may not be many takers. Suggest this is liased via the Whatsapp group.
Route will be called on the night, but will be one of the standard 6 available, which are all roughly 10 miles and 300m or so of climbing.
The pace is fairly rapid, so it this is your first Dark Peak run, the trail option would be recommended for first outing. Bring a head torch and a bright top or hi-viz. A great training session. There is a Whatsapp group for regulars.
