Helen Elmore reports “Dark peak 2nd team at Eskdale mixed relay. It has every chance of becoming a classic Dark Peak away day event. Lovely venue, fabulous pub and camping, and slightly esoteric concept. Very rough running and lots of route choice.

Sunday 27th July – Holme Moss. Arguably the best of the Peak’s FRA races and not to be underestimated in hot weather.
Wednesday 30th July – Up the Nab, Charlesworth.
Thursday 31st July – Stoney Middleton
Friday 1st August – Salt Cellar. Striders race from Fairholmes.
Saturday 2nd August – Borrowdale, the 5th English Championship counter.
Saturday 30th August – Whittle Pike, the 6th and final English Championship counter.
