Notice of Annual General Meeting
The DPFR Annual General Meeting will take place at 20.00 on Wednesday 17th May 2023 at the Norfolk Arms Public House. There will be a club run starting at 6.30 taking a suitable route to ensure to be back in time for the AGM. Some chip butties will be provided.
If you cannot attend the AGM but wish to appoint a proxy you can do so. Details of how to do this have been emailed to all club members. If you have not received this email please let us know or look to update your details.
The agenda for the meeting will be posted on the Club Website following the next committee meeting due to take place on Thursday 27th April. If you would like the committee to consider an item for discussion please let us know.
A number of committee roles are due to become vacant. Please consider putting yourself forward in support of the club.
