If you are then there's a public meeting you can attend, to make your views known:
"Are you concerned about the on going damage and degredation of green lanes such as Chapel Gate and Long Causeway resulting from the rapid expansion in use by motorised vehicles over the past 15 – 20 years?
If so please attend the 'Blackbrook' meeting to be held at the Bakewell Town Hall, 7pm Tuesday 19th October. This is an opportunity to get your views across to members of the Peak District National Park Authority and the Derbyshire County Council. The strength of feeling expressed at the last meeting in June has spurred DCC into finding money to repair some of the damage but further action to protect these lanes is required. A large turn out would greatly enhance the likelyhood of further action and in particular may help to move the PDNPA whose current postion is to do nothing and ignore their principle statutory duty which is 'to conserve and enhance the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage'."
