Sue and I have been super-busy organising a Hope Valley Adventure Film
Festival to be held at Hope Valley College on 27th Feb. This is a fund
raising event for the college. (The lesson is don’t turn up to a PTFA
meeting, and if you do then don’t come up with good ideas or raise your
head when they ask for volunteers! Its been a lot of work, but fun.)
We have some great films and lectures, some ‘youth’ outdoor activities,
mountain art exhibition, food and real ale from Hope Valley Brewery.
Should be a good do, please come along either in the day (films etc) or
the evening (Ian Parnell Lecture and beer). And spread the word to
anyone even remotely interested! There’s a raffle with loads of
‘outdoor’ prizes as well.
