Congratulations to Majka Kunicka who, having won the women’s race at Tree Shires, has won the F40’s at The Lakeland Classics. Awaiting the calculations of the FSEN category, but Majka has done very well…

Congratulations also to the indefatigable Nicky Spinks who took a mere 173 hours, 20 minutes and 59 seconds to complete the 450 km with 32,000 metres of ascent of the Tor des Glaciers, a scenic amble round the Aosta valley. 3^rd woman, I think.
