Congratulations to Matt and Sarah Harmon, Claire Prosser and Lisa Watson who have spent the last six days running the Dragon’s Back. Results. Lisa was outstanding, having been the fastest woman by a wide margin each day to win the women’s race for the second time and finished 4th overall. Matt, Sarah and Claire may not have hit the headlines but anyone who completes this race has put in proper shift. Respect.

Also of note is Phillipa Williams’s win on Friday in the British Athletics Uphill Only Trial for World Championships. The World Championships are in Thailand in November.
