Long Duddon – A beautiful clear sunny day in the Lakes with a nice cooling breeze. Perfect. Majka Kunicka 2nd M40 and John Hunt 2nd M50. Short Duddon – Eleanor Wainwright 1st woman, Gareth Briggs 3rd M50 and Dave Tait 1st M70. I can’t resist highlighting George Yates’s fine run to finish in 2:05 and 15th place. Results.
