Both South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire remain in “Tier 3: Very High Alert”. Running in groups of up to 6 is permitted.
Upcoming events:
The December Winter TT’s are:
Blackamoor to Totley Trig TT
Boxing Day Bogtrot TT, which should have been run yesterday, but I suspect that Glen will accept times until New Year. It was disappointing not to be able to drop in on Roy and Marion and their famous soup. Of the results that I’ve seen to date, whilst Glen Borrell’s 1:10:35 is the quickest, it was Tim Mackey’s 1:21:22 that made me to do a double take. Outstanding effort!
Tim Mackey
(I think) bog trotting on Boxing Day.
Fairbrook Round TT. An excellent outing, especially on a crystal clear
winter’s day.

Sarah Lilleman chasing Kipling down the fence line into Grindsbrook Clough.
High Neb TT.
Wart’s Revenge TT.
Winter Solstice TT. At least two more teams have squelched round the watershed. Kudos to Messrs Lawson, Halse and Johnson together with Messrs Griffith and Holt.

1st January – Barbrook Blast. Mike Nolan’s annual hangover cure.
Until 31st January – Blackden Skyline TT, which includes the best (IMO) running descent on Kinder.
