BOFRA Calendar:- These are usually AS races, hugely recommended, and worth slipping if you’re up on holiday and that. First event is this Wednesday, a longer trip across Ilkley Moor. Down as 5 miles, and much, much longer. You start, get to the gate at the other side of the moor and come back. No flags, no marshals , just simple running.
