Scottish Islands Peaks RaceDavid Ward has “ been offered an entry on the trimaran "Memec" in the race, which starts in Oban on Friday ,21st May and finishes in Troon on the Sunday. Having spoken to the skipper, the crew are very competitive, they usually finish in the top 3 and are going for the win this year! The running stages are done as a pair so I’m looking for a partner to join me around Mull, Jura and Arran. Previous experience of long races such as the Isle of Jura and night navigation (on the hills, not the seas!) would be advantageous.
