Having only just returned home from foreign climbs, this is a belated update on the state of the Carshare League and very exciting it is too!
The British Championship race at Creag Dhubh back on 3rd August was the 10th of this year’s 12 Carshare League races. With 2 races left there are 8 or us left in with a chance of glory by completing the necessary 5 races. Max already has 4 under his belt so only needs 1 more, whilst the remaining 7 of us – Tom, Josh, Pete, Lova, Jon, Greg and I will need to complete both Castle Carr on Sunday and Scafell Pike a fortnight on Saturday in order to be in with a shout. Unfortunately, family matters dictate that I can’t race at Castle Carr next weekend, so it’s up to the other magnificent 7!

Saturday 14th September Scafell Pike, a 4.5 mile AS from Wasdale Head. £10 Pre-entry, £13 EOD
