Moors for the Future are planning to build a Flagstone path across the full length of Brown Knoll. I expect this has been on the cards for some time, but it will still be a shame when this particularly boggy bit of the skyline and watershed can be traversed in road shoes. Right now it is in a particularly wet and vile state. The specification is here and map of the route below.
