Thanks to everybody who’s responded to the invite for ‘Bradfield Boundary Run Mk3’ and who’s said they’re coming along. Let’s hope it’s third time lucky after the two aborted dates at the turn of the year. It looks as though there’s more snow on the way, but let’s hope it abates by mid-Thursday and leaves the roads clear enough for us to get the support vehicles round. Even if we can keep the vans moving, it’s likely to be very heavy going on the tops, so please come along with ample food and gear if you’re taking part.

The run will set off at 6am prompt from Loxley School on Rodney Hill, and our aim is to get everybody round the 48 miles and back by 6pm. If you’re coming along and haven’t done it before, you’ll find the full schedule on the slightly dated Boundary Run website at:http://www.holmesloxley.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/Schedule.htm

Thanks as ever to our generous supporters, who will move people’s gear bags around between van stops and who will aim to provide a little bit of tea and light sustenance at the same stops. Latest estimates suggest ten or eleven people are intending to take part in the run, which means we’ll probably have to ask for £15-per-person to cover fuel and food costs. If you do intend to take part and haven’t yet said so, please contact me soonest to let me know, (you can do this easily via the ‘Bradfield Boundary Run’ Facebook group). And if you’re taking part and still have questions about what’s involved, please shout up, (preferably via the same Facebook group so that everyone can join in). Here’s the latest estimated start list:

* Kirk Hardwick
* Rich Bradbury
* Russell Beresford
* Penny Collier
* Hannah Saville
* Kevin Saville
* Sarah Broadhurst
* Thomas Llewelyn Webb
* Victoria King
* Paul Walwyn
* David Holmes
