Dark Peak goes posh at Abbeydale Golf Club!
We’re now taking bookings for this years club dinner, if you’d like to come then please contact Rob Cole on 0114 250 9078 (work number feel free to leave messages) or robjnc@yahoo.co.uk or collar him on a Wednesday night. The price this year is, a very reasonable, £25 and includes 3 course dinner plus coffee, music from Crazy Crow and the highlight of the evening the awarding of the Pertex award for incompetence on the fells! When booking he will need to know, how many you are, what your choices are for starter, main and dessert (see menu below). Payment for all bookings will be required in advance, cheques made payable to ‘Dark Peak Fell Runners’. If we don’t receive your cheque in advance, you won’t receive any dinner!
Ps. Is anyone a member at the golf club, if so it may save the club a whopping £30 on the late license fee! Please get in touch if you are, and don’t worry we might keep your identity a secret!
