Herod Farm – David Lewis 12^th, Katai Tastagh 3^rd woman and Austin Frost 3^rd M50. Results 

Teenager with Altitude – A perfect day for a hard race: cool, some sunshine and a soft breeze. There were four brown vests in the field, all worn by women with Tanya Raab who was 5^th woman, Zane Agapova and Katie Kallmeier winning the team prize. Results 

Newlands Memorial – Craig Jeffery and Keith Holmes 1^st M50 and 1^st M70 respectively. Results
