Congratulations to Rob Cole (sometimes of this parish) and Jody who have had a baby boy. As he was born on Wednesday evening, there is strong lobbying for ‘Wart’ as a name.

Sunday 25^th February – Doctor’s Gate, a Des Gibbons race from Old Glossop. 12.7 miles with 2,822 feet of climbing which makes it an AL.

Sunday 3^rd March – Cloud Nine, Congleton but, better by far…

Sunday 3^rd March – Horsehill Tor. DPFR race from Odin Mine with many many contour lines to be crossed.

Sunday 10^th March – Wolf’s Pit. EoD.

Saturday 16^th March – Flower Scar, English championship race. Race full.

Sunday 24^th March – Edale Skyline. It filled up in two days and so there is a waiting list.

Friday 5^th April – Bruce’s Crown.

Saturday 6^th April – Lad’s Leap, English championship race. Entries open.

Saturday 11^th May – Pendle Cloughs, English championship race. Entries open on 1^st March.
