– 16th March: Flower Scar (AM)
– 06th April: Lad’s Leap (AS)
– 11th May: Pendle Cloughs (AL)
– 15th June: Buttermere Sailbeck (AM)
– 13th July: Wasdale (AL)
– 27th July: Blisco Dash (AS)
One of each distance (S, M, + L) plus one other to count towards individual overall championship scoring.
Dates are provisional and will be confirmed in the 2024 Handbook. Weekends are set, days within weekends subject to change.
Guaranteed entry list application process will be communicated around early December.

– 27th July: Blisco Dash (AS) – British Short Championship
– 21st September: Peris Horseshoe (AL) – British Long Championship
British Athletics Trial Races for the European Off Road Running Championships, organised by British Athletics MRAG:
– Friday 19 April: uphill only, Skiddaw from Dodd Wood
– Sunday 21 April: Up-and-down, venue TBC, incorporated into Inter-Counties Mountain Race
