Congratulations to Matt Spoor and Roland Allatt who completed their Bob Graham Rounds last weekend after a wild night on the Eastern Fells. Also to Andrew Holt who did the Frog Graham a fortnight ago.

Weaver Hills – Greg Rimmer 1st M60. Results
Meall an t-Suidhe – The Scottish counter in the British Championships. Straight up and down a hill on the outskirts of Fort William. Shorter than a Parkrun but lumpier. Finlay Wild was only 10 seconds off Gavin Bland’s 1999 race record with Finlay Grant, in an outstanding 3rd place, leading the DPFR men’s team into 2nd place, just 3 points behind Keswick. In the women’s race, Keswick’s Nichola Jackson equalled the women’s record in a spring finish. Results Men and Women.
