Past races

Duddon Valley – The third counter in the English Championship and the first of the Lakeland Classics. It was hot! In the women’s race Lisa Watson was 7^th, Despina Berdini 9^th and, with both Sally Fawcett and Rachel Rose in the top 20, the women’s team were 2^nd to Ambleside. Our 4^th placed men’s open team was spearheaded by Finlay Grant, 4^th in his first long race, and Oli Johnson, 12^th and 3^rd M40. The M40 team of Oli, Will Boothman 9^th, John Hunt 16^th and Craig Jeffrey 17^th tied 2^nd with Ambleside behind Helm Hill. In the age categories John Hunt was 1^st M55 and Jane Crowson was 2^nd F60.
