Clare Oliffe reports that “.. there were a few dark peakers at the Manx Mountain Marathon / Half Marathon this weekend. On the full mountain marathon Frances Collett came 3rd and Rebecca Goodson 11th. I did the half mountain marathon and came 8th (3rd FV40) in my first fell race for well over a year.” Results Full and Half.

Wednesday 10th May – Shining Tor, Goyt Valley over Buxton way.

Saturday 13th May – Fairfield Horseshoe, the second of the six English Championship races, with a whopping 56 brown vests on the entry list.
