Periodically the FRA share an update through the club ambassadors. The DPFR Ambassador is James Lowe (I would happy pass this role on to another willing volunteer).

Consultation on British Championships Format Changes
The UK Athletics Mountain Running Advisory Group are the organiser of the British Championships (not the FRA, a common misconception). Due to concerns about participation numbers the group are looking at potential format changes for the 2024 Championships onwards. The FRA, as the body for Fell Running in England, have been asked to provide feedback (alongside the other home nations) and we have prepared a consultation for our members. Details can be found through the FRA Website.
Committee Changes
The FRA welcomes a new Access and Environment Officer – Kathryn Miller of Clayton-Le-Moors Harriers
Handbook Corrections
The Junior Inter-Counties are to be hosted by Telford/Shropshire Hills (not Great Whernside as listed).
Harveys Maps
The FRA now has a collaboration with Harvey Maps enabling discount on map orders. The discount code will be emailed to all FRA members through SI entries. This offer includes discount rates for bulk orders where Race Organisers are looking to print maps of their races.
