As our annual dinner rapidly approaches focus turns to one of the highlights of the evening, notably the awarding of the Pertex Trophy.
Tradition dictates that the Pertex Trophy, awarded to the club member who has demonstrated complete and utter incompetence on the fells during the year, is passed on from the previous year's winner. As such current holder Tim Hawley is on the look out for a suitable recipient for this year.
He has already been made aware of a number of worthy candidates but I am sure there a lot more out there. Therefore if you know of any others that should be given due consideration please contact contact Tim at timhawley@btconnect.com. It goes without saying the more entertaining the better.
