Ladies wanted for FRA relays

We have 5 teams entered in the FRA Relays on the Lomond Hills, Fife October 17th. The teams are Open, MV40, MV50, Ladies, and LV40 can we get placed in all 5. 

Can all ladies who are interested in running in either of the Ladies teams please contact Kirsty.
