The inaugural Memorial Breakfast Run will take place tomorrow, Saturday, February 28th, setting off for Grindleford Cafe from The Sportsman at 9am. It comes just after Jeff Harrison’s 70th birthday last week, so the run will also be a celebration of this landmark occasion. The “club elders” have planned the event as a “saunter” to the cafe via Hathersage, with the traditional full breakfast at about 10.45 followed by an amble back over Higgar Tor and then a leisurely debrief in The Sportsman. All club members are welcome to come along.
