This was an outstanding success with four runners, Roy Small, Dave Holmes, Tom Westgate and Andrew Killick completing the run round all the major Dark Peak Pub Venues to celebrate the club’s 30 years. 73Km 2500m and 15 pubs in 12:15 was the tally. Several other runners joined for part of it and valuable support was provided by the still hobbling Robert Cooper. Also coinciding were a 1/2 dozen or more cyclists who did 80Km in 6:20 and a smaller group of walkers who drank a lot. We all arrived back at the Sportsman in the same 1/2 hour. A great day.
