I know it\’s only July but we need to start thinking about the IH and FRA relay teams. The IH is October 5th and the FRA is October 19th. We will be entering Womens, Vets and Open teams in both races with the possibility of 2 open teams in the FRAs.
Team captains remain as last year Lloyd (Open), Mike(Vets) and Kirsty (Women).
Competition for places is always intense and recent performances will be used to firm up the teams as Autumn approaches.
If you are looking to post a good performance and get noticed I suggest Dufton (30/08) and Shelf Moor (07/09) as both are AS races.
Please let your team captain know your availability as soon as possible
