Race 10, the second of the four times that we’ll run this shortened version of the old Headstone Headache race, featured another scorching time by Andy Heyes, who finished in 26:05. Heading the also-rans, which is the rest of us, was John Webber who now knows the route. Further down the field, I conclusively proved that going via the stepping stones isn’t a great idea and, judging by his Strava track, Martyn Jones ran with a blindfold on!
