Black Lane Ends – Results. a most welcome revival of an old established race, near Skipton, and unusual for fell stuff, a three lap hard course. The venue was an excellent hostelry, high on the moors somewhere, in the cold wet and mist – back to the essence of fell-running. Tried and tested sticky labels, entry on the day, and a totally biased prize-giving, with the pub being near the Lancashire/Yorkshire border… Sadly Carshare was lapped, but managed to keep ahead of Andy Holden’s “Grim Reaper” .
