It was a great night and day out. The Weather, whilst a bit poor at times, was no where near as bad as the Scary MWIS forecast (fortunately). First Dark Peak team home were Mahogany Ridge – Steve, Toby, Russ and Ian in 10:48 and 6th overall. Ladies team took the trophy and knocked about 2hours of the ladies course record (just over 11.00 hours)
The other DPFR teams were still out when I left; but I did overhear one clubmate (who shall remain nameless)comment that they were getting good value for money!!
