Kelbrook:- Well might you wonder where this is – just a bit past Skipton. The softies choice for those unable to face up to Ennerdale or Helvellyn. For those with a keen memory, similar to the old Hope race – out on some roads, avoid the top of the obvious hill and come down again. Can’t see it becoming popular with DPFR travellers….
Austwick Amble:- results.
Helvellyn:- no DPFR finishers, as our representative much preferred a visit to Patterdale as an extended alternative….Suppose that’s a different approach than that of another competitor, who finished through the golf club instead of the cricket club….
Carneddau:- was cancelled, due to the conditions. Like it or not, a matter of accepting the decision of the organisers.
