Ireland – Mourne Peaks. 9th April. As usual, please let me know if you book flights, so that car hire, etc can be sorted out. Phil has booked accommodation in the Youth Hostel. It’s always an excellent weekend, and the route rates with the very best in fellrunning, and is very, very hard. Only 12.5 mile, but don’t be deceived – there is one section of flat running, crossing a dam wall. I’ll have maps and Route Notes if anyone wants them. Regrettably Carshare won’t be travelling this year, can’t see any hope for this knee being runnable by April.
Trollers Trot – Saturday 5th March. This is worth a think, LDWA event from Grassington, some classic running places of lower Wharfedale.
