The 12th December Warts run from Strines will incorporate Andy Harmer\’s 60th birthday race. This will (probably) be a pairs race visiting the less well known parts of the fells around Back Tor (in the pitch black, naturally) and afterwards for a few drinks in the pub! It\’s actually Andy\’s birthday on the 12th December.

Checkpoint 1 – Berrister\’s Tor, Checkpoint 2 – Back Tor BUT!! Lost Lad and anywhere within 200 meters or so, is out of bounds, so you must go via Howshaw Tor, Checkpoint 3 – Black Hole below Strines Edge and then finish at the pub car park. Then the pub for the odd celebratory drinkies
