Moel Hebog – and some result! Lloyd first, then Matt 2nd!
European Trial Results – Matt sends:- “Lloyd and myself had a weekend of races over in Wales this weekend, Moel Hebog Saturday and the Trials race up Snowdon on Sunday, the latter just a bit of fun in my case – I didn’t see the top guys for dust!! But a fantastic day for a trot up to the new cafe! “
Lloyd – 10th . 56.09
Matt . 21st. 67.14
Churn Milk Chase not sure how John Raho found this, I’d not noticed it. Churn Milk is on that long moorland Leg 4 of Calderdale….
Hebden Bridge:- Results. Was indeed a variant on the Stoodley Pike thrash. If you’ve not called in Hebden Bridge park, by the station, it’s well worth a visit if children need to be entertained. Up and along to Stoodley Pike, and different ways home through the woods, several of us losing the flags and making our own way to the finish.
But – a team of four of us…. Good to meet new faces.
Lymes Disease:- Not to be taken lightly. “Don’t ignore the effects of tick bites, Lyme disease does happen, as my doc has just confirmed to me. If in doubt see the doc as consequences of non treatment can be serious. Try here. if you want to find out more.”
DT – or talk it over with Richard Hopkinson at the Kinder Trog.
IW:- “a response to the petition to government, that came out earlier this year about Lyme disease.”
BG Weekend:- Kenny Turner sends, “If anyone needs a lift on 19 June for the BG I’m taking the car & have room for 2 people setting off early. Best if they ring me on 07786913439 – or kenn_yt@hotmail.co.uk “
