We have had cause to contact a number of members recently and found that telephone records were not up to date in the membership database. Please can you ensure that you submit records and that they are up to date. On this occasion, the issue was not significantly time dependent, or life threatening. However, in the event that it were (say unaccounted for on a run), our only course of action would be to inform the police and ask them to manage communications.
So please keep your records up to date.
