Stybarrow Dodd, the second Carshare League race of the year, takes place at 11:00 this Sunday, 18th February, from the Thirlmere Community Hall, which is where the ‘B’ road that runs south from Threlkeld through St. John’s in the Vale meets the A591 Keswick to Ambleside road. £5 EOD.
Unfortunately, family commitments will prevent your correspondent from getting to the race. I hope that some of our Yorkshire / Derbyshire based runners can get up there to prevent our Lakes based brethren from extending their lead at the top of the Carshare League table. (You might have to run a bit quick do do so!)
