It will come as little surprise to most that Dave Lund is comfortably out in front in the league at present, as the only person to have competed in every race, winning all but two of these (and with the Not the Nationals results yet to be entered, that lead will be getting bigger still). Gratifying nonetheless to see plenty of new faces at some old DP favourites, and plenty more where they came from to come. We have our complete list of forty now – just awaiting confirmation on a few dates and details – including a couple of Tuesday evening uphill only additions from Kirsty, and confirmation that Some You Win, Some You Lose; North Grain There and Back; the Rivelin Foxtrot and Rivelin Skyline are all due an outing this anniversary year.
As before, please take a look at individual calendar entries to assess which of these races is for you (some are real tests of hill-craft, not for the novice); and remember that full FRA kit (as a bare minimum) is recommended as standard for all events.
Next up on Easter Saturday is Moz’s mash-up of the original Terminator route, starting and finishing from the Sportsman.
