Please bring the correct change if you can.<\/li>\n<li>Please arrive at the start five minutes before your start time.<\/li>\n<li>The start is a 30 minute brisk walk from the station &#8211; please allow time if taking the train.<\/li>\n<li>Run at your own risk!<\/li>\n<li>Full FRA kit <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">must<\/span> be carried.<\/li>\n<li>Return direct to the finish if you arrive at a CP after the cut off times (shown on map) or as soon as it becomes clear that you will.
