Congratulations to Finlay Grant who kept busy over the weekend. On Saturday he lopped over 8 minutes off the Buttermere Short Course record to win in 2:01:55, which was over 20 minutes ahead of the second placed runner. Then on Sunday won the Arnison Dash at Ullswater Country Fair.<\/div>\n
