Not for the first time, Fin Grant’s started this year’s English Championships chasing Ben Rothery to finish a handful of seconds behind in second place. This saga will most likely run and run. Literally!<\/div>\n

Nathan Lawson finished in a fine 10th place and, with Philip Montgomery 36th, Dark Peak were third men’s open team. In the women’s race, Lisa Watson was 9th with Harriet Wingfield 22nd and Helen Roberts 29th to put the Dark Peak women’s team also in third. Further back in the field, Dave Taylor was 1st M60, Oli Johnson 9th M40, John Hunt 4th M55, Chris Ledger 6th M60 and Liz Batt 2nd F60. Results.<\/a><\/div>\n
