Club champs – Well, that was fun. Type 2 fun perhaps but fun nevertheless! I don’t yet have the full results and don’t know who won the women’s championship and handicap. However, in challenging weather and underfoot conditions I was impressed by Tom Saville who blitzed the course in under an hour to win both the men’s race and handicap and very impressed by Graham Berry’s somewhat slower run, and I hope he doesn’t mind me publicising this here, a week or two short of his 80th birthday.<\/div>\n
