Lad\u2019s Leap, the second of the English championship races, was run in dry blustery conditions last Saturday with a degree of cut in the ground. Highlights include, in the women\u2019s race: Anna Watkinson-Powell 12th<\/sup>, Liz Batt 1st<\/sup> W55 and Jane Crowson 1st<\/sup> W60. In the men\u2019s race: Fin Grant 4th<\/sup> and 1st<\/sup> MU23, Bertie Houghton 5th<\/sup>, Cynog Williams 12th<\/sup> and 3rd<\/sup> MU23, Euan Patten 7th<\/sup> MU23, Tom Brunt 4th<\/sup> M50, John Hunt 3rd<\/sup> M55, Jon Batt and Joe Blackett 6th<\/sup> and 7th<\/sup> M60\u2019s respectively, Keith Holmes and Tim Mackey 5th<\/sup> and 8th<\/sup> M70\u2019s respectively and last, but by no means least, Ken Jones 1st<\/sup> M75.<\/p>\n
