The third Peak Raid of the four race series was staged at the Roaches last weekend. Jennie Stevens was 1st<\/sup> woman with 390 points, is the leading F40 in the series and has the opportunity to overhaul the leading woman at Grindleford next month. No pressure! In the men\u2019s series, Glen Borrell will also be in the mix if he runs at Grindleford. Andy Bell has the M60\u2019s all but won. Results\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n Upcoming races<\/u><\/p>\n Sunday 12th<\/sup> November \u2013 Roaches and Leg it Round Lathkil.<\/p>\n Saturday 18th<\/sup> November \u2013 Tour of Pendle, the year\u2019s last AL and a highly recommended outing. There are six brown vests on the entry list and entries are still being taken here. https:\/\/tourofpendle.co.uk\/race-entry<\/p>\n Saturday 25th<\/sup> November \u2013 Club champs and dinner.\u00a0<\/p>\n Saturday 25th<\/sup> November \u2013 Baslow Bolt. (I\u2019ll wager that the Club champs race will be both better and cheaper!)<\/p>\n Sunday 3rd<\/sup> December \u2013 4th<\/sup> and final Peak Raid of the year. Classic DPFR fare and not to be missed under any circumstances. Carsharing essential as parking is limited. The full route will be revealed at a later date but you can be certain that it will finish with the traditional quad busting descent from Crookstone Knoll back down to Rowley Bridge.<\/p>\n
