Any members wishing to request additional agenda<br \/>\nitems please contact the Club Chairman using the website contact link.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Apologies<\/li>\n<li>Last Year&#8217;s Minutes<\/li>\n<li>Chairman&#8217;s report<\/li>\n<li>Treasurers Report<\/li>\n<li>Membership Report<\/li>\n<li>Appointment of Officers and<br \/>\n     Committee Members. Existing incumbents are listed below. Where more than one party wishes to stand for a position an election will be held. It is proposed that the<br \/>\n     name of this role be adapted to cover &#8216;Training and Development&#8217;. This is<br \/>\n     proposed to cover supporting the organisation of Club training and<br \/>\n     coaching activities alongside the development of club members. Matt Pickering is the current U23 officer and is standing for re-election in this new role if agreed by the AGM.<\/li>\n<li>Club Directors &#8211; proposal for<br \/>\n     election of two new Directors <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tim Tett<\/li>\n<li>Megan Wilson<\/li>\n<li>Richard Hakes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vacant<\/strong> (David Holmes<br \/>\n      stepping down)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vacant<\/strong> (Lewis Ashton<br \/>\n      stepping down) <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Race Organiser Reports\n<ol>\n<li>Edale Skyline<\/li>\n<li>Burbage Skyline<\/li>\n<li>Longshaw Sheepdog Trials<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Matters Arising\n<ul>\n<li>Membership<br \/>\n      Communication and Etiquette <\/li>\n<li>Club Spending &#8211; an item<br \/>\n      raised and discussed at the 2022 AGM. A summary to be provided of<br \/>\n      spending commitments made and proposals going forward.<\/li>\n<li>Modifications to the Club<br \/>\n      Hut &#8211; a summary of proposals regarding internal reconfiguration (raised<br \/>\n      on a preliminary basis to the Sportsman and other Hut stakeholders). If<br \/>\n      agreement sought then a request to form a team of volunteers to implement<br \/>\n      the proposals will be made. &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dpfr.org.uk\/uploads\/posts\/files\/2023-05-08--Club-Hut-Proposals-Layout1.pdf\">Club Hut Modifications Proposal <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Resolution<\/strong> &#8211; agree approach to modifying club<br \/>\nhut.<span class=\"redactor-invisible-space\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Club Website &#8211; a summary of<br \/>\n     the progress made on this.<\/li>\n<li>Cub Coaching &#8211; a summary of<br \/>\n     the outcomes from a recent survey and of proposals made going forward.<\/li>\n<li>National Trust Restoration<br \/>\n     Area &#8211; Summary to be provided of an area of land, used as part of the 2019<br \/>\n     Relays, which is under restoration and that the National Trust have<br \/>\n     requested be avoided where possible.<\/li>\n<li>Support for Club Races &#8211; a<br \/>\n     summary will be provided of an approach by OMM to support club races.<br \/>\n     Previous AGM&#8217;s have had extensive discussions on the clubs view to<br \/>\n     commercialisation and hence it is not proposed to have further debate at<br \/>\n     this AGM due to the time available. The AGM will be asked to reaffirm the<br \/>\n     clubs position on relationships with commercial organisations (The Club<br \/>\n     does not typically engage in any form of commercial collaboration or<br \/>\n     sponsorship). Should an alternative position be indicated by the vote of<br \/>\n     the membership then the committee will take an action to review this and<br \/>\n     to organise further discussions as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Resolution<\/strong> &#8211; reaffirm the clubs position on<br \/>\ncommercialisation<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:20px;\">11.
