Congratulations to Phillipa Williams (1st<\/sup>), Lisa Watson (10th<\/sup>) and Despina Berdeni (17th<\/sup>) who were the first team at Long Mynd Valleys, the first of the 2023 English Championship races.<\/p>\n

Past races<\/u> <\/p>\n

Long Mynd Valleys \u2013 As well as our outstanding women\u2019s team performance outlined above, Tom Saville (7th<\/sup>), Finlay Grant (8th<\/sup> and 1st<\/sup> MU23), Aiden Smith (21st<\/sup>), Oli Johnson (23rd<\/sup> and 2nd<\/sup> M40) and Henry Webb (24th<\/sup> and 3rd<\/sup> MU23) took 2nd<\/sup> place in the men\u2019s team competition and rumour has it that we also took 3rd<\/sup> place in the M40 team competition. Other podium positions in the age categories by Will Boothman (2nd<\/sup> M45), John Hunt (1st<\/sup> M55) and Sally Fawcett (3rd<\/sup> W40). Next up is Fairfield Horseshoe on 13th<\/sup> May. Results<\/a><\/p>\n

Saturday 18th<\/sup> March \u2013 Edale Circle. Yet another fine DPFR race.<\/p>\n

Sunday 19th<\/sup> March \u2013 Wolf\u2019s Pit. Pre-entry via Fabian4.<\/p>\n

Saturday 25th<\/sup> March \u2013 Mourne Marauder, the Northern Ireland counter in the British Championships.<\/p>\n

Saturday 25th<\/sup> March \u2013 Chicken Run, Hayfield. Eod but pre-entry is cheaper.<\/p>\n

Sunday 26th<\/sup> March \u2013 Edale Skyline. It\u2019s now full so all new entries will be placed on a waiting list. However, non-runners are always needed for marshalling and other duties. Feel free to offer your services to the race organiser: skyline@dpfr.org.uk<\/a><\/u><\/p>\n
