Best three performances to count, that must include a minimum of two \u2018Super Long\u2019 races plus any other of the six races. In 2023 the Super Longs are Duddon (3<sup>rd<\/sup> June), Ennerdale (10<sup>th<\/sup> June), Buttermere (24<sup>th<\/sup> June) and Wasdale (8<sup>th<\/sup> July) and the \u2018Long\u2019 races are Three Shires (16<sup>th<\/sup> September) and Langdale (7<sup>th<\/sup> October).<\/p>\n<p><u>Past races<\/u>  <\/p>\n<p>Boxing Day Bogtrot \u2013 A healthy 40 runners turned out most of whom convincingly beat the club captain. (He had an excuse buy hey, a win&#8217;s a win!) David Hakes\u2019s 16 controls kept Vet 60 Tim Tett at bay by a single point. Roy is threatening to incorporate more cryptic clues next year.<\/p>\n<p>Two Turtle Doves \u2013 Yet another race win for Finlay Grant with Aiden Smith 2<sup>nd<\/sup> and Alison Wainwright 1<sup>st<\/sup> F50. <a href=\"https:\/\/my2.raceresult.com\/223081\/RRPublish\/data\/pdf?name=Result%20Lists%7COverall%20Results%20-%20Group&amp;contest=0&amp;lang=en\">Results<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Helen Elmore writes: &#8220;<i>Last race of the year. Wormstones.Zanthe first, I was second and first v50 ,Rachel Rose 4th. Dark peak women first team.
