7pm start, posh Buffet served at 8pm, Bar till 1am.<\/p>\n

A slight variation on the theme of ‘club dinner’. We\u2019ve opted for a buffet as the feeling seems to be that the old format has become a bit tired, and with a mind to the fact that some people\u2019s preferred attire of jeans, T-shirt & flip flops, somehow seem out of place for a sit down meal.<\/p>\n

Having said that, this is a superb venue. The buffet will be served in a carvery, we will eat and dance next door with the band playing in a bay window. There is a quiet room for Dave Lockwood next door, with a sitting room containing the bar next to that. Real Ale will be laid on \u2013 I\u2019m working on a specially commissioned Dark Peak Ale.<\/p>\n

Please try and bring your partners, we don\u2019t bite (not even John Myers dog) and we don\u2019t talk about running all the time. This is the annual dinner not an extension of Wednesday night with food. If your partner can\u2019t come, Tom Westgate isn\u2019t averse to putting a dress on, and if you\u2019ve not heard the band \u2013 they\u2019re not to be missed.<\/p>\n

There is a limit of 100 tickets so be quick. As last year, tickets will only be sold on completion of the form below,and return to me either by hand (as I am at the club most Wednesdays), or by post to:<\/p>\n
