Roy Small is doing the handcaps, so will be available for the receipt of free pints for the next month at a pub near you.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIf you want an entry then please <a href=\"mailto:handicap@dpfr.org.uk\">email<\/a> him (or if absolutely necessary phone on 0114 236 7549), giving him your name and age on 6th November.
