\n\t"I am writing to notify you that construction work to repair the Culvert beneath Oxspring playing field is due to start on the 14th June, and will continue for approximately 2 months.
\n\tDuring this time parts of the field will be out of bounds, and access onto the field with cars may not be possible at all.
\n\tThe start date may slip by a week or so depending on supplier lead times, this will be confirmed in the next couple of weeks.
\n\tI am aware that there is a race on the 14th and will therefore email you as soon as the start date is definite.
\n\tI expect the car park to be useable but cannot guarantee this.
\n\tI apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."
\n\tTo alleviate potential problems could you please try to limit the number of vehicles used.
